Mobile Warehouse Team Leader – Milton Keynes – £25,701
Requirements:
- Full Driving License and own transport
The Position
- This is a full-time permanent position, responsible for driving around Milton Keynes to complete audits on deliveries.
- Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
- Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break
- Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 06:00-00:00 & 00:00-08:00
- Working Environment: Mixed
You will be required to:
- Manage stock accuracy within the depot and loaded trailers, verifying against drivers\’ paperwork and incoming deliveries.
- Confidently perform basic arithmetic for delivery checks.
- Respond to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Meet your own and the team’s KPIs.
- Conduct weekly supervision with team members and monitor audit data for performance feedback.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Stand, kneel, bend, and squat as necessary to access stock.
- Must be aged 18 or over.

Retail and Asset Solutions are seeking a warehouse team captain for our supply chain team on a full-time permanent basis. Your role will involve achieving daily auditing targets by checking the accuracy of pallets and cages before shipment to ensure no errors.
