Overview
Salary: £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowance
Location: Brighton
Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion, Immediate Start, Holiday Pay
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts
Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern; there is potential flexibility in the number of working days per week if required)
Note: All work requires prolonged standing; some sites are warehouses or large retail premises where you may need to access ground and high level stock. Travel to client sites is required and you may be required to stay away from home on occasion.
Responsibilities
- Take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters and delivering end-to-end stock taking services on client sites
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
- Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame
- Monitor and improve team productivity where possible
Person Specification (Qualifications)
- A Full Driving License
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure
- Time management skills and the ability to work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
Additional Information
- Full training in our systems and client procedures will be provided
