The Role
Retail Team Driver responsible for transporting a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within the region. Work at different retail customer sites; travel varies on a shift‑by‑shift basis; certain locations have minibus transport provided free of charge. Communicate pick‑up points and timings to the count team. Escalate vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner. Complete a team attendance sheet documenting expected counters, attendance, and bus arrival time on site. Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and use access equipment as required for high stock.
Key Skills / Experience Required
- Unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; must be over 25 years old.
- Full Driving Licence.
- "Can do" attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
- Quick learner adapting to changing technology.
- Experience handling stock is an advantage but not required.
