Salary: £14.29 (inclusive of holiday pay: £12.75 per hour + £1.54 holiday pay) + £15 shift bonus when taking 1 passenger.

Location: Livingston

Must be available to work throughout June and July for this vacancy.

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers on a casual contract basis across the UK.

The Role:

  • Retail stock counter driver to add to the already successful car share team.
  • Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores; travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
  • Responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods; access equipment may be required to reach high stock.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

  • Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; only applicants aged 25 years and over are accepted.
  • Must have a full Driving Licence, or be able to use public transport to reach sites.
  • Must have a "can do" attitude and be able to work long shifts on large counts.
  • Quick learning ability is essential as technology changes frequently.
  • Experience handling stock is an advantage but not required.
