About the Role
We are supporting an international retail brand with the opening of their brand-new store at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Deputy Store Manager or experienced Supervisor to play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping to build a successful store from the ground up. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the daily operations of the store, driving sales, and motivating a passionate retail team. This role offers hands-on involvement in all aspects of store performance, customer service, and visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing daily store operations
