Retail & Asset Solutions (RAS) has a Cardiff-based role for a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader. You will manage teams of up to 60 counters, coordinate end-to-end stock checks across client sites, and travel between sites on a rotating schedule, with some overnight stays.
You must have a full driving licence and strong communication, IT basics, and time-management skills to ensure accurate counts and high service standards. Hours are evenings and nights with 5-in-7 shifts.
