Retail Team Leader/Manager Salary: Up to £33,480 (£29,000-£30,000 plus £290 per month car allowance) Location: Chelmsford As a Retail Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client\’s sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home. Days: Monday – Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required) Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.
