An exciting, newly created role for a fundraising professional to make their mark. A well-established, self-funding animal welfare charity based in Sheffield is looking for an experienced and motivated Individual Giving and Fundraising Manager to join its growing team. This is a newly created role, offering the unique opportunity to shape and deliver innovative fundraising strategies that will directly support the charity's vital work with animals in need. The charity is entering an exciting new phase of development, with ambitious plans to expand its reach and impact across the local community. This role will play a key part in driving income growth and strengthening donor engagement.

About the role: You'll be responsible for developing and delivering digital and community fundraising campaigns, managing donor relationships, organising events and increasing income through innovative individual giving strategies.
