Job Description:
- This is a part-time permanent position based at our customer\’s distribution centre in Larne.
- Rate of pay: £10,832 per annum.
- Weekly hours: 16 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break daily.
- Shift patterns: 2 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 09:00-17:00, 12:00-20:00, & 22:00-06:00.
You will be required to:
- Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and ensure stock loaded into trailers matches drivers\’ paperwork, checking the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
- Be confident in adding and subtracting without a calculator for delivery checks.
- Respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Meet your own and the team\’s KPIs.
- Perform and document weekly supervision with each team member.
- Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback regarding output and error rates.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
