Location: Epsom, Surrey (Relocating to Woking, Surrey in February 2026)

C2 IT Asset Disposals is hiring an IT Hardware Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IT hardware experience, primarily with laptops. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and ready to grow with a company set for expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Refurbish laptops and prepare them for dispatch.
  • Install operating systems and apply updates.
  • Securely delete data from client equipment.
  • Conduct hardware upgrades, such as RAM, storage replacements, screen replacements, and similar tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize devices for dispatch.
  • Occasionally assist with collecting IT equipment from client sites.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of computer hardware (e.g., assembling or troubleshooting).
  • Willingness to learn and improve skills through training.
  • Physically fit (able to lift boxes up to 25kg).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Right to work in the UK (essential).
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • BTEC Level 2 or 3 in IT, Computing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
