Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Cold Caller/SDR (Sales Development Representative). The Cold Caller/SDR will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and scheduling qualified appointments to drive client growth. Daily tasks include initiating outbound cold calls, identifying potential customers, maintaining records of interactions in the CRM, and collaborating with the sales team to meet pipeline and revenue goals. The individual will play a critical role in building relationships and acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
- Ability to qualify leads and accurately assess potential customer needs and run some level of discovery call.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, managing pipelines, and keeping detailed records
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume activities and meet deadlines
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
