Our client based in Coventry is an IT digital consulting company. They are a small close-knit team that works a lot within the non-profit third sector and are justifiably proud of the massive social impact that their work has.

They are currently seeking someone with an analytical mind and good attention to detail to join their team that researches, selects, and implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for their charity clients.

Responsibilities

  • Interviewing and collaborating with client representatives
  • Researching and analysing the client’s current processes and practices
  • Helping to design a solution within a CRM platform and related tools
  • Data rationalisation and transformation
  • CRM configuration
  • Data migration
  • Delivering training and producing help documentation for clients
  • Managing and leading projects
  • Owning client relationships in collaboration with other CRM team members

You’ll work across the full implementation lifecycle from designing high-level implementation approaches and data design strategies to training clients on the use of their new system.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using CRM ideally in the charity sector (e.g., as a charity database manager)
  • Experience of data auditing and analysis
  • Client-facing & consulting experience
  • Project or programme management
  • Experience configuring CRM software

If you feel you don’t currently fulfil all these requirements but are keen to develop your skills, or feel you have other relevant expertise, we’d still love to hear from you. The company invests in their team and is very willing to teach you the skills you’ll need if you’d otherwise be a great fit. We are more interested in finding candidates with a growth mindset who are curious and want to learn. Age is just a number, but you should be mature in attitude, ready to take responsibility, and work within a team.

You can be based at home or in the office, and although they would prefer you to be able to get into the Coventry office a couple of times a week, this is not fixed, and neither are the hours. They are ultra-flexible; it is all about getting the job done rather than attending Teams meetings.

Salary range: £35k-£45k depending on experience.

We have a full job description, but why not drop me your CV and we can have a chat about this exciting opportunity - hope to hear from you soon - Gary Simpson
