Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing & Growth: Lead email marketing campaigns, drive sales through e-shots, and manage SEO strategies with third-party suppliers.
  • Campaign Planning: Create and execute plans to increase sales, traffic, and brand awareness across digital channels.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional online experience, aligning digital efforts with inventory and retail operations.
  • Affiliate & Social Media: Manage affiliate networks, optimise website content, and oversee social media engagement.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyse trends, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, suppliers, and brand partners to align strategies and deliver results.

  • Proven experience in B2C digital marketing and e-commerce at a senior level.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Photoshop.
  • Expertise in website optimisation, SEO, and PPC management.
