This post is based in the Falkirk office, with hybrid remote working.

Salary: ÂŁ36,200.00 to ÂŁ45,128.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Hours of Work: 35 per week, Monday to Friday.

The Property Management (Factoring) Officer role is multifaceted and dynamic. You will engage with a diverse customer base, striving to enhance communication and foster strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely across our wider group to ensure excellent service delivery while driving continuous improvement.
  • Engaging with customers and stakeholders to meet our service delivery requirements.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of factored developments and engaging directly with customers, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering service improvements.
  • Providing frontline services to resolve a variety of enquiries as part of a team.
  • Arranging common repairs, owner updates, invoicing and contributing towards income maximisation initiatives.
