The Role

Link is looking for a Planner to join the C~urb Repairs team. The role will be an integral part of C~urb and will use the DRS & First Touch software packages to manage, schedule and monitor all repairs appointments and emergencies in order to maximise efficiency to ensure Service Targets are met. The Planner will also work closely with trade operatives and repairs team colleagues to ensure an efficient repairs service is provided to our tenants.
The Planner will carry out all general system administration activities related to DRS which includes resource profile management, absence reporting, system data archiving and data accuracy review. The postholder will take a proactive approach in improving and developing DRS and will complete all repair jobs scheduled via DRS within KPI targets. The Planner will be responsible for coaching and developing any individuals, both internally and externally on DRS.
About You
As a Planner, you will have proven experience in a similar role. You will have a good standard of education and knowledge of and a commitment to excellent customer care. This role requires strong analytical and decision-making skills and the ability to anticipate problems quickly and implement effective solutions.
You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle variable workloads. This role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
We are looking for someone who has experience of dealing with tenants, customers and colleagues enquiries, often in challenging circumstances. You will have good experience of working in a fast-paced environment and working to tight deadlines.
