Contract: Fixed Term until February 2028 to cover for secondment

\n \nHours of Work: 35 per week; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
\nThe Role

\n \nC~urb is looking for a Property Maintenance Administrator (Compliance) who will contribute to the provision of a high quality service to all its customers. The needs of the customers will be met at their first point of contact and they will be provided with a proactive service. The Property Maintenance team are committed to achieving a ‘right first time’ response and the post holders will be key to this being achieved.
\nThe Property Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for maintaining compliance servicing data and managing records in line with legislative requirements and document retention periods, including filing. The postholder will arrange compliance servicing appointments in line with procedural timescales and will act as a first point of contact for enquiries and complaints from customers and colleagues regarding the delivery of C~urb Property Maintenance compliance services.
\nThe Property Maintenance Administrator will be flexible within the remit of the property maintenance service and will be able to resolve and advise on enquiries raised through any method of contact for both internal and external customers.
\n \nAbout You
\nAs Property Maintenance Administrator you will be educated to standard grade level or equivalent (including English and Mathematics). You will have experience of providing administrative support in a service delivery role and experience of maintaining statistical, regulatory and legal records in both manual and electronic systems.
\nThis role requires knowledge of compliance procedures and legal requirements and experience of providing a frontline service to a range of customers. As Property Maintenance Administrator, you will have knowledge of and commitment to providing excellent customer service. A high standard of IT literacy and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office systems is essential and the postholder will have strong written and verbal communication skills. The Property Maintenance Administrator will have excellent organisational skills with flexibility to provide a proactive and responsive service.
