As an Account Executive, you are an enterprise sales professional experienced in selling to and opening new logo Enterprise accounts. What you will be doing: You will join an international team evenly spread across the UK and US and report directly into the Head of Sales. We already have a strong GTM function established and we are keen to add your skills and vision to the mix. Here are the key elements of the role:

  • 75% Focus on New Business acquisition with a 25% focus on managing a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on LinkedIn activity, cold-calling and event attendance
  • Self-generating new pipeline and working with our Direct Marketing team to generate new leads
  • Selling C TWO into large enterprises - focusing primarily on our Tier 1 clients within a designated geography or list of named accounts
  • Managing complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure
  • Working alongside the senior relationship holders in key alliance partners in joint selling campaigns
  • Closing new business from end user clients
  • Maintaining a very clean view into current quarter and future quarter opportunities and forecast
  • Selling both directly and engaging closely with alliance and channel partners, to develop new business
  • Working alongside alliance partners in joint selling campaigns
  • Working with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement
  • Planning, forecasting and rigorously monitoring quarterly pipeline accurately so that management can properly plan for growth
  • Understanding the makeup of potential prospects and identify the key decision-makers
  • Learn and be familiar with the C TWO platform to provide product demonstrations and first level presales engagement

What we are looking for: Experience within a B2B Tech sales environment is essential – you may have started life within the BDR space and progressed into an established Account Executive. Aptitude to sell at senior/C level, managing complex transformational deals. Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success. Background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling. Experience of or ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencers. Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accounts. Credible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationships. Strong track record of overachieving against targets, with strong organizational and relationship skills. A keen focus on results – pipeline generation with the ability to inspire others in your ecosystem.
