What you will be doing
- You will join an international team evenly spread across the UK and US and report directly into the Head of Sales.
- 75% Focus on New Business acquisition with a 25% focus on managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on LinkedIn activity, cold-calling and event attendance.
- Self-generating new pipeline and working with our Direct Marketing team to generate new leads.
- Selling C TWO into large enterprises - focusing primarily on our Tier 1 clients within a designated geography or list of named accounts.
- Managing complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure.
- Working alongside the senior relationship holders in key alliance partners in joint selling campaigns.
- Closing new business from end user clients.
- Maintaining a very clean view into current quarter and future quarter opportunities and forecast.
- Selling both directly and engaging closely with alliance and channel partners, to develop new business.
- Working alongside alliance partners in joint selling campaigns.
- Working with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement.
- Planning, forecasting and rigorously monitoring quarterly pipeline accurately so that management can properly plan for growth.
- Understanding the makeup of potential prospects and identify the key decision-makers.
- Learn and be familiar with the C TWO platform to provide product demonstrations and first level presales engagement.
What we’re looking for
- Experience within a B2B Tech sales environment is essential – you may have started life within the BDR space and progressed into an established Account Executive.
- Aptitude to sell at senior/C level, managing complex transformational deals.
- Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling.
- Experience of or ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencers.
- Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accounts.
- Credible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
- Strong track record of overachieving against targets, with strong organizational and relationship skills.
- A keen focus on results – pipeline generation with the ability to inspire others in your ecosystem.
