The successful candidate will bring strong GDS ticketing experience, ideally using Amadeus, alongside a solid understanding of consolidator bookings, fare construction, ticket reissues, and refunds. /p p br /p p strong Ticketing Support Executive Role and Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Provide day-to-day support to sales agents on all GDS bookings, consolidator bookings and related processes. /li li Manage flights coming into range, ensuring all international and internal flights are booked efficiently and accurately using GDS. /li li Monitor and maintain queues, including schedule change queues, web/native bookings, general queues, and reissues. /li li Monitor airline schedule changes, notify agents and customers, and action any necessary amendments. /li li Process ticketing, reissue, and refund requests within agreed timeframes and company guidelines. /li /ul p br /p p strong Ticketing Support Executive Skills and Experience Required /strong /p ul li A minimum of 2 years experience in a flights, ticketing, or airfares. /li li Strong working knowledge of GDS reservations and ticketing, with strong Amadeus /strong experience preferred. /li li Excellent understanding of fare types, fare rules, ticketing procedures, reissues, and refunds. /li li The ability to navigate across NDC content, traditional GDS content, and consolidator channels to identify the best flight options for clients. /li li Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. /li /ul p br /p p strong Ticketing Support Executive Key Benefits /strong /p ul li Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. /li li 10% annual bonus subject to company performance. /li li The opportunity to work with a specialist, award-winning travel company. /li li A supportive and knowledgeable team environment. /li /ul p br /p
