Our client is an award winning specialist tour operator based in North London. They are seeking a Flights and Ticketing Specialist to join their team. The role is fully remote and 5 days a week and comes with a salary of up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
Flights and Ticketing Specialist responsibilities:
- Handle post booking tasks — amendments, cancellations, schedule changes, customer requests
- Process flight changes, refunds, reissues and repricing
- Manage ticketing accuracy across PNRs, fare rules and documentation
- Work with airlines, consolidators, Aviate and direct connect platforms
- Support BSP processes including ADM awareness
Flights and Ticketing Specialist skills required:
- Tour operator / airline background
- Strong post booking experience
- Advanced Galileo GDS skills — PNR servicing, ticketing, refunds, reissues
- Aviate and BA NDC experience
- Airfare ticketing knowledge including fare rule interpretation
- High accuracy, organisation and workload management
- Excellent communication and customer service
Additional information:
- Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience
- Fully remote
- Monday-Friday (2 Saturdays per month on rotation with a day off in the week)
- 22 days holiday
