Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a leading state-of-the-art vehicle workshop in the Magherafelt area.

Relevant service advisory experience within either the car, HGV, construction plant, agricultural machinery, plant hire or similar technical sector.

Role - Service Advisor

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience from vehicle check-in through to handover.
  • Accurately record customer concerns and communicate technical information clearly to workshop technicians.
  • Handle complex queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaise closely with the workshop controller to manage workflow and meet promised delivery times.
  • Books MOTs as required.
