Relevant service advisory experience within either the car, HGV, construction plant, agricultural machinery, plant hire or similar technical sector.
Role - Service Advisor
- Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience from vehicle check-in through to handover.
- Accurately record customer concerns and communicate technical information clearly to workshop technicians.
- Handle complex queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Liaise closely with the workshop controller to manage workflow and meet promised delivery times.
- Books MOTs as required.
