Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to work for a leading commercial vehicle and plant dealership who have a state-of-the-art modern facility based in the Lisburn area. This is a great time to join the company as they are going through a period of expansion and therefore they have a couple of new additional roles available.

On offer is a salary of £30,000 - £33,000, 30 holidays, pension, death in service and a healthcare package.

Role - Service Advisor

  • Support the Service Controller with the effective and efficient planning of Field Service Engineers
  • Monitor and control Service, resolving client technical/administrative queries and escalating/delegating where required
  • Carry out invoicing and job costing tasks
  • Ensuring paperwork is sent over to customers and records are kept up to date
  • Review and investigate customer complaints and escalate where required
  • Processing of warranty claims in a timely manner to ensure maximum recovery of costs
  • Usage of Company CRM system and customer portal systems

Person - Service Advisor

  • Recent experience working as a Service Advisor in either a HGV, Car Dealership, Construction Plant, Agricultural Machinery, Plant Hire, Powered Access or similar environment
