My client who are based in the Enniskillen area is a leading local heavy engineering manufacturer who are market leaders in their field. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to work at their state of the art manufacturing site. I had a factory tour with them just before Christmas and found the people and culture to be very friendly. They are an exceptional business to work for and offer a diverse range of equipment to work on across their large site. This is potentially a great opportunity for someone who wishes to get off their 12 hour continental shift pattern.
On offer is a salary of Β£41,839.20 per annum, overtime is paid at time and a half, pension etc. Hours are Monday to Friday and rotate every 2 weeks:
- Week 1: 8am - 4.30pm
- Week 2: 3pm - 11.30pm
Role - Maintenance Fitter
- Completing mechanical maintenance within all areas of the plant including Mechanical Systems, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
- Troubleshooting installation, fault finding and repairs.
- Carry out visual inspections of mechanical equipment, assess and repair.
- Mechanical Processes: welding, cutting and grinding.
- Planned preventative maintenance.
