They are currently seeking to recruit a Lean Manufacturing Engineer who is keen to make a lot of changes within their business. Role:
- Developing and deploying lean processes aligned with business objectives.
- Analysing manufacturing, fabrication and business support processes to identify waste, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

- Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to track progress and sustain gains.
