Based in Dungannon, my client is a very well-established medium-sized recycling machinery manufacturing company. They are currently seeking to recruit a Lean Manufacturing Engineer who is keen to make a lot of changes within their business. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in their manufacturing processes and to see real benefits from the lean projects that you will implement. On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £50,000, pension, healthcare and an early finish every Friday. This position offers you a secure, exciting and well-paid job.
Role:
- Developing and deploying lean processes aligned with business objectives.
- Analysing manufacturing, fabrication and business support processes to identify waste, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Leading cross-functional improvement projects to optimise throughput, reduce lead times, and improve quality.
- Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to track progress and sustain gains.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process-related issues.

- Experience in Lean Manufacturing Engineering / Continuous Improvement roles within the manufacturing sector.
