Based in Dungannon, my client is a leading construction company involved in the housing sector. They are actively recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Manager to be responsible for leading and delivering multiple residential housing developments planned over the next 45 years and beyond.
The role requires the ability to manage several projects concurrently, from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal teams and external consultants. On offer is a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 plus benefits.
Role:- Overall leadership and delivery of a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring projects are completed in line with programme, budget and statutory requirements.
- Management of statutory and regulatory processes, including planning conditions, building control and associated approvals.
- Liaison and coordination with architects, designers, engineers, consultants and statutory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Delivery of core Project Management and Quantity Surveying functions, including cost control, procurement, valuation of works, assessment of variations, and agreement of interim and final accounts.
- Appointment and management of subcontractors and suppliers, including performance monitoring and valuation of completed works.
- Estimating or pricing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
