Customer Quality Engineer Based in Dungannon my client is a successful forward-thinking niche manufacturing company who are one of the market leaders in their field. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Quality Engineer to work in their state-of-the-art facility which uses some of the best machinery on the market including a large range of modern robotics. This position has only become available as the current Customer Quality Engineer is moving into a different position within the Lean manufacturing team. On offer is a salary of £40,000 – £45,000, pension, healthcare, life assurance and an early finish on Fridays. Role – Customer Quality Engineer Gather and input quality-related data for weekly trend analysis, leading to identification and escalation of recurring issues. Assist in compiling metrics for customer reporting. Provide initial quality advice and information to customer service teams. Support the handling of quality-related queries from customers. Conduct a Root Cause Analysis and assign area responsibility for implementation of Corrective Action for Customer and technical issues. Liaise with production departments to provide solutions and drive closure of Customer Replacement NCRs and ultimately reduce recurring issues and close out times. Perform stock checks to support quality control based on feedback from customer complaints. Track and verify special attention replacement orders to ensure customer meets customer specification.
