Based in the Lisburn area, my client is a successful international heavy engineering company that manufactures automotive products for the global market. They are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) to provide an efficient maintenance service to production.
The starting salary is £36,121 (38 hour week), which rises after a period of training on their specific machinery, plus paid overtime at time and a half. With minimal weekly overtime, you can earn £40,000 - £45,000 p/a. Hours are Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am - 2.30pm. Benefits include:

Role:
- Respond quickly to breakdown situations when applicable.
- Carry out planned maintenance as directed by your line manager.
- Liaise on an ongoing basis with Supervisors, Managers and Area Engineers about problems and the efficiency of machines in designated areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvements / TPM on machines and processes.
Person:
- Candidates must be time served Maintenance Electricians, Mechatronic Engineers or Fitters with electrical qualifications and who have recent experience working within a manufacturing environment.
