CTSEurope Ltd Containment Technology Services specialise in the design, construction and commissioning of Laboratory Containment Systems for handling pharmaceutical drug compounds. Our products are unique and award winning, including the Queens Award for Innovation. We are proud to base our operations, including manufacturing in Portsmouth. We successfully export our products to Pharmaceutical Research companies all over the world and are acknowledged by our customers as experts in our field.
We offer a friendly working environment with an excellent benefits package plus opportunities for development and growth. We are looking for someone with excellent fabrication experience. A CNC qualification would be useful but not essential as would a level 2 qualification in fabrication. Experience of working with the XYZ RMX 5000 milling machine would be ideal. The candidate must be able to demonstrate practical skills and be confident using hand tools and have the ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings. Lathe knowledge would also be useful, but not essential. A good appreciation of quality and workshop safety is essential. The candidate would need to be willing to learn the areas that they may not have on the job.

- You will need to hold a full UK driving license or be in the process of obtaining one and be able to get to work reliably.
The tasks you will be involved in
- Set up and operate the XYZ RMX 5000 using ProtoTRAK controls.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Select and install tooling and fixtures.
- Carry out in-process quality checks with measuring equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance and follow safe working practices.
- Assisting with special orders.
- Assisting with retro-fitting on custom tasks.
