This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has the patient for careLondon areas This will be an ongoing care package. We expect the following of each Support Worker; * To complete Mandatory training By CTRC * At least 12 months experience in a caring role, If not training can be given * To be caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable * To have good communications skills (both written and verbal) * Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs * Flexible staff is Essential Main function of the job: • To support the service user with accessing activities in the community, attending collegue and appointments • To promote and encourage her independence • To follow and implement individual care plan • Make sure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and personal centred care is delivered at the highest standard.
