Live In Support worker Are you a Male and Female Support worker looking for your next opportunity in Care and ready to start immediately ? We are looking for a live in Support worker that has done this type of role before. It will be on 1 week with each client & 1 weeks off rota or if you avaible you can do a live in with the other clients. CTRC Team are looking for experienced caring and professional care staff that are committed and reliable. If not Training can be given, We have an opportunity based in London in area HA9, N9 E16 To enable Service Users develop and improve their life skills and encourage Clints to lead a full and active life within the community. To promote the independence of vulnerable adults and strive to enhance individual lifestyles by offering access to social, leisure and recreational activities, along with support in further education and employment * Therefore we are looking for a carer that is comfortable with mobility / moving and handling/ Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has the patient for careLondon areas This will be an ongoing care package. We expect the following of each Staff; * To complete Mandatory training By CTRC * Are you a swimmer? * At least 6 months experience in a caring role, If not training can be given * To be caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable * To have good communications skills (both written and verbal) * Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs * Flexiable staff is Essential Main function of the job: • To support the service user with accessing activities in the community, attending collegue and appointments • To promote and encourage her independence • To follow and implement individual care plan • Make sure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and personal centred care is delivered at the highest standard
