Our client is the world leading manufacturer of creasing matrix, a product used in the manufacture of cardboard boxes, to facilitate accurate high-quality creasing prior to folding.
With sixty years’ experience in research, development and manufacture of creasing materials, they were the first and remain the most experienced manufacturer of creasing matrix to the print and packaging industries.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include
- Responsibility for AP transactional processing and AR cash allocation (cashbook maintenance)
- Payment selection and processing and electronic banking duties
- Daily cashflow reconciliations
- Raising payments
- Answer reception door and handle incoming post
- Monitor shared accounts inbox
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Supplier queries and invoices
- Provide cover for credit control queries
- Maintain stationary stock and place orders
- Sales reports
- Responsible for inventory reporting and KPI reporting of key movements and assisting the with the annual financial audit
- Process improvement in execution of routine transactions and reporting
- Helping with system project related work across the group companies
Personal Specification
- Keen to gain AAT qualifications
- Good understanding of Excel ideally
- 6/B or above in maths GCSE
- 4/C or above in English GCSE
