About The Role
In this role, you will take center stage as a customer-facing expert, working hand-in-hand with clients to navigate the realm of F5 NGINX technology. You will guide them in applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve their business goals. Embrace the chance to offer consultancy and mentorship, sharing your expertise in implementing NGINX products. You will grasp and communicate the objectives and key success factors for each project, engaging in collaborative discussions to ensure that every client’s needs are not just met, but exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical mentor for customers, both onsite and remotely, guiding them through the implementation, configuration, and upkeep of NGINX core products—whether working solo or as part of a team.
- Take the lead on projects focusing on system architecture, solution design, deployment, testing, identifying issues, troubleshooting, and thorough documentation.
- Stay current with F5 products and technologies through both self-driven learning and formal training opportunities.
- Join a dynamic technical team and collaborate closely with other departments, including Support, Product Sales, and Professional Services Sales.
