As a Technology Resourcer at C-Serv, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent across various domains. Your strategic approach to sourcing will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our clients and maintain our reputation as a leader in technology consulting. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, ensuring that we bring the best candidates into our organization. You will be a self-starter with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and understand hiring requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Executive Search & Headhunting: Proactively identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates through targeted search strategies and direct approaches.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for open positions.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking of recruitment processes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
