C-Serv is growing, and our finance and operations team needs to grow with it.
We're looking for an operational, numbers-driven graduate to join us and take ownership of the processes that keep the business running accurately, day to day.
This is a pure operations and finance role.
You'll be working with invoicing, bookings, and revenue, using Xero and our internal systems, and partnering closely with George on Employer of Record processes.
It's hands-on, detail-heavy work, and it matters.
Every invoice processed correctly and every record kept accurate is what lets the rest of the business move fast.
A note on qualifications
This role does not currently include funding or study support for CIMA, ACA, or other professional accountancy qualifications.
You'll get real, hands-on training in how a growing global business runs its numbers, but if a funded route to a professional qualification is what you're looking for right now, this isn't that role.
We wanted to be upfront about that from the start.
- What You'll Own
- Process invoices and bookings accurately across multiple entities, clients, and currencies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records in Xero.
- Support revenue tracking and reporting, flagging discrepancies early rather than letting them build up.
- Work closely with George on Employer of Record administration, from offer support through to onboarding compliance.
- Keep our internal systems and finance tools aligned, so data stays consistent across the business.
- Support month-end processes alongside the wider finance and operations team.
- Build and maintain clear process documentation as our workflows evolve and the business scales.
- Pick up general operational support across the business as needed, no task too small.
This is a fully remote role, so you'll need a reliable setup at home and the self-discipline to manage your own time and priorities.
- A degree in Business Studies, Business Management, or a related discipline.
We're not looking for a finance graduate set on CIMA or ACA. we're looking for someone who studied business, enjoyed it, and wants a genuinely operational, numbers-focused career.
- A real interest in numbers, process, and getting the detail right, not just an interest in finance theory.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to your work.
- Comfortable picking up new systems and tools, and keen to build practical Xero experience.
- A collaborative mindset. you'll be working closely with George and the wider team from day one.
- Drive and ambition. you're looking for a role that grows as you do, not one that stays static.
- Room to Grow
We're growing, and we want the people who join us to grow with us.
This role has a clear route of progression into either our Revenue Operations team or our Consulting Operations team as you build your skills and experience.
Where you go next will depend on where your strengths and interests take you.
What We Offer
- A genuine growth path into Revenue Operations or Consulting Operations.
- Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced colleagues across finance and operations.
- Exposure to a fast-growing, global business operating across the UK, US, Poland, and beyond.
- A collaborative, values-led team, guided by empathy, integrity, collaboration, and growth.
Starting salary will be £26,500 with a probation period of 6 months. After passing probation, salary will be increased to £28,000
