You will take commercial ownership of key contracts from mobilisation through to final account, working closely with clients, senior management and operational teams. \n \n Manage commercial performance across multiple contracts. \n \n \n Prepare and agree valuations, variations and final accounts. \n \n \n Lead contract mobilisation, negotiation and subcontractor procurement. \n \n \n Produce cost forecasts, budgets and commercial reports. \n \n \n Support commercial best practice and continuous improvement. \n \n About You \n You will ideally be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, with experience managing commercial contracts within the construction sector. \n \n Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. \n \n Experience in new build, social housing, commercial construction, windows and doors, or the building envelope would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided on CR Smith systems and proprietary software. \You will have the autonomy to make decisions, the support to succeed and the opportunity to help shape the future of an expanding Commercial Team. \
