The Role
As Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards while delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of property management, from tenancy progression rent management through to tenancy end.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and safety requirements.
- Managing tenancy documentation, property records, and administrative processes accurately.
- Handling maintenance enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Carrying out end-of-tenancy inspections and negotiating deposit deductions where appropriate.
- Monitoring property performance and reporting on portfolio activity.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance landlord satisfaction and retain business.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Property Management.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
- The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
- Experience using property management software and CRM systems.
- A full UK driving licence.
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £26,500 – £30,000, depending on experience.
- Performance-related bonus scheme.
- Use of company car.
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
- An additional day's holiday awarded for each completed year of service.
- Full-time position working a 5-day week: Monday to Friday: 9:20am – 6:00pm, Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu during the week).
