CRC Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative to join a Midlands-based manufacturing client in Daventry. Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00, immediate start. You will form and assemble heat shield components and become proficient across multiple operations with full training provided.
The role requires an eye for detail and the ability to work well in a team, with good communication. Some prior experience with hand tools or light sheet metal work is helpful.
