Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of repairs in domestic properties, including major and minor project works.
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance of gas appliances, boilers, and central heating systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in gas heating systems and appliances.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct safety checks in compliance with Gas Safe regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, offering advice on energy efficiency and system maintenance.
- Complete service reports, gas safety records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve service and performance targets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Time-served Gas Service & Maintenance Engineer, preferably with experience in a similar sector.
- Gas Safe qualified.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
