About the Role
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential housebuilding? We are recruiting for a respected developer with a healthy pipeline of new housing projects across the Highlands. You will manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish. Your goal is to deliver safe, high-quality homes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on a live residential housing site.
- Lead and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and site labor.
- Keep the build programme on track to hit target completion dates.
- Enforce strict health and safety standards across the site.
- Monitor build quality to meet NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
- Manage NHBC inspections and customer handovers.
- Work closely with technical, commercial, sales, and customer care teams.
- Keep accurate site records and progress reports.
What You Need
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding.
- Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- A full UK driving licence.
