Responsibilities:

  • Be a subject matter expert in showrooms and key brands, impart knowledge to the branch teams, actively promoting product lines as alternatives to customer requests.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key account clients through the provision of knowledge and exceptional customer service.
  • Discuss customer ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales, and develop the ability to make judgments on the closest product match to the customer needs.
  • Be passionate about driving consistency in branch standards, ensuring that all areas from front of house to back of house are presented in line with branch plans and enable a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working with design software to create an inspiring and practical design – ideally bathrooms or kitchens.
  • Experience within the bathroom industry or trade would be advantageous.
  • Experience of working indirectly with end users through a contractor to understand customer needs and deliver solutions.
  • Experience working in a sales environment.
  • Experience with ArtiCad or Virtual World software would be beneficial.

Working Hours:

This role is a full‐time, permanent position. 37.5 hours per week, 4 days a week Monday‐Friday + Saturday 09:00‐17:30 with a 30‐minute break.
