As a Sales Consultant based in Guildford, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face-to-face basis and also via phone and email
  • Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms
  • Suggesting products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs
  • Completing designs and quotes for customers
  • Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
  • Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after sales issues that may arise

This is a full-time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Saturday 09:00am-17:30pm with a fixed day off in the week.

Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous bathroom showroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction
  • Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms
  • Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs
  • Computer literate
