As a Client Support Coordinator based in our Amersham showroom, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing delivery processes, ensuring a smooth handover with consultants, engaging clients, and setting viable delivery dates.
  • Overseeing payments and credit accounts, ensuring accurate processing in line with Sales Ledger procedures.
  • Monitoring and managing orders proactively, addressing purchase order issues, tracking progress, and updating clients as needed.
  • Supporting showroom operations, assisting with administration, liaising with clients, and collaborating with sales consultants.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
