We are looking for a new Quantity Surveyor to add value and bring professionalism and experience to the team. Coordinating the surveyor's functions within the team and meeting management objectives. Compliance with NEC suite of Contracts.

Key Responsibilities and Service Standards as a Quantity Surveyor:

  • Monitoring of costs and maximising value on schemes
  • Preconstruction Works
  • Previous Target Cost Experience
  • Term Service Contract Experience using SOR to produce Task Quotations
  • Preparation of cost/value information
  • Accurate forecast for management accounts
  • Monthly review of accounts
  • Financial assessments through to final agreement
  • Assisting with procurement and other preconstruction activities
  • Experienced user of EXCEL and CEMAR
  • Keeping to all deadlines agreed
  • Consistently working at a level to achieve the tasks required
  • All correspondence acknowledged or actioned within a reasonable period
  • All reports submitted within 1 day of close of reporting period
  • Attend site visits to review progress, measure works, and assess risks
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications and RAMS
