Job Description
C.Neo Ltd are working with a Small Medium Enterprise to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Maintenance across a portfoilio of commercial buildings along the M4 corridor, Newbury, Basingstoke, Swindon, Reading and into London.\\n\\nAs an M&E Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for all M&E & Fabric reactive & planned maintenance across various commercial corporate offices along the M4 and in to Central London and be very customer facing.\\n\\nDuties will include\\n\\n * emergency light testing\\n\\n * fire alarm testing\\n\\n * reactive repairs\\n\\n * PPM's\\n\\nThe ideal M&E Maintenance Engineer will need to be multi skilled with\\n\\n * 18th edition electrical as a minimum\\n\\n * Mechanical qualifications either plumbing, F gas or Mechanical\\n\\n * L8\\n\\n * Customer service focus
