C.Neo Ltd are working on behalf of a Hampshire based Facilities Management company to recruit a vastly experienced Contract Manager to look after and manage the reactive & planned maintenance Mechanical, Electrical and fabric maintenance on a long standing contract in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

As a Contract Manager you will need to have experience of Contract Managing previous Hard Services Contracts to a similar value which currently stands at £4/5 million. The ideal contract manager will also need to have experience looking after a sizeable budget and have good operational skills with a small/medium technical team and various sub contractors on site.

The ideal Contract Manager will need to come from a Mechanical or Electrical background and be qualified to minimum Level 3.

  • Qualified Management qualification either CMI or ILM Level 3 equivalent
  • Health & Safety qualified NEBOSH
