Product Executive required by an award-winning, Latin America Specialist tailormade tour operator. You will provide support to their business partners and work closely with the Product Manager ensuring that their product portfolio is impeccable.
Responsibilities of a Product Executive:
- Support sales operations by handling product enquiries, managing tools, coordinating supplier training, and working with Client Care to gather and share key client information; use complaint insights to improve service and reduce repeat issues.
- Work with marketing to maintain accurate, up-to-date website and promotional content, while managing system updates for hotels, excursions, and itineraries with correct images and descriptions.
- Contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and product development by identifying new opportunities, supporting portfolio growth, and sharing relevant commercial updates across Latin America.
- Assist with operational tasks including organising staff trips, maintaining health and safety records, monitoring FCDO travel advice, and supporting in-destination issues with appropriate escalation.
- Represent the business at industry events and support supplier relationships through ongoing communication, tracking offers and trends, and sharing sales performance and feedback with the Product Manager.
Experience and Skills required by Product Executive:
- Well-structured and detail-focused, with a strong desire to build new skills.
- Clear and confident in both spoken and written English.
- Looks for ways to refine processes and treats challenges as growth opportunities.
- Experience working in the travel sector; Latin America insight is a bonus.

Additional Information:
This Product Executive position is a part time role, 3 full days per week. Ideally from the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. Salary £26,500 - £30,000 depending upon experience 9am - 5.30pm.
