PERMANENT POSITION
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT - In date Forklift Counterbalance Licence with experience of using a clamper and Loading Ramp.
About Us: C & M Global Ltd is a fast-growing company specialising in the export of second-hand children's toys and end-of-line clearance stocks. As our business grows, we are looking for a proactive and hardworking individual to join our operations team — with opportunities to grow alongside us.
The Role: This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that combines labouring with forklift operations. You will be responsible for loading and unloading lorries and containers using a loading ramp, as well as operating a forklift with a clamper attachment. Please note, this is not a role where you will be on the forklift all day - flexibility and willingness to get stuck in are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift with clamper attachment
- Loading and unloading containers and lorries using a loading ramp
- General labouring and warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider operations team as required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (with clamper experience)
- Proven experience using a loading ramp
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Previous experience in a recycling environment (desirable)

Hours: Full-time: 37.5 hours, but overtime may be required - Monday to Friday.
