With ambitious growth plans and a mission to redefine procurement in the construction industry, we're expanding our marketing team and looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape how our product is positioned, understood, and adopted in the market.
The Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll be responsible for translating product capability into clear, compelling value for our ideal customers and enabling our commercial teams to win. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role with ownership of product positioning, go-to-market execution, and customer insight in a fast-growing SaaS business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and evolve C-Link's product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key personas and ICPs
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product features and releases, working closely with Product and Sales
- Develop high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and launch assets
- Build deep customer and market insight through interviews, win/loss analysis, surveys, and usage data
- Maintain buyer personas, use cases, and customer journey narratives
- Contribute to competitive analysis, positioning, and pricing discussions
- Guide the creation of product-focused content, customer stories, and educational materials
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging across the buyer journey
- Manage external agencies, designers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality outputs
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong product marketing experience
- Proven ability to position products, support launches, and influence go-to-market success
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with customer and performance data
- Confident cross-functional collaborator who can influence without authority
- Experience in ConTech or construction is highly desirable
- HubSpot and SaaS experience preferred
